Do đó đề nghị các em sinh viên cần phải lưu giữ và bảo mật tài khoản để sử dụng cho riêng mình (nghiêm cấm dùng chung tài khoản với người khác). * Bên cạnh đó, tài khoản này có tích hợp license Office O365 nên nếu việc không tự bảo mật của sinh viên để người khác lợi dụng tài khoản ảnh hưởng đến vấn đề về bản quyền thì ngoài việc bị xử lý nội bộ Nhà trường như cắt tài khoản, kỷ luật, ... còn có thể bị xử lý theo Pháp luật.
