# 8.1 Đối tượng

Theo Luật Bảo hiểm Y tế (BHYT), Học sinh - Sinh viên (HSSV) đang theo học tại các cơ sở giáo dục trên phạm vi cả nước đều là đối tượng tham gia BHYT bắt buộc (ngoại trừ những các trường hợp đã tham gia BHYT theo các nhóm đối tượng khác theo quy định của luật BHYT).
